Cherries are back! We went to Whole Foods yesterday and bought 2 bags of cherries. And cherry-smoked bacon. And black cherry yogurt. And a dark organic chocolate with cherries. The checkout people laughed at us. We also ate at the dining counter at WF for the first time. They cook your meals fresh for a pretty reasonable price, considering how good it was. I had the trout with edamame succotash and creamy polenta and it was fantastic. I ate only a portion of the polenta, figuring it was high carb. Still feel really good today. Having a cherry yogurt with nuts, fresh blueberries and coconut added.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 56.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love cherries too Coco. It all sounds so good! Nobody gets fat eating sea food... just isn't possible... unless it's deep fried! Have a Cherry weekend!
