Ugh!!! Total frustration today. Actually gained .2 pounds and I got back on track with the workout and the food intake. I did add 80 ounces of water which I will be doing every day from now on and did eat pasta and bread but my calorie intake was a little over 1700.

Today is a new day so let me get back on my horse and tame it.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

it's probably swelling from the workout, it'll come right back off- not a real gain. <3

Don't sweat the small stuff. This will drop in a short time. Water retention, etc will just go down the drain. Overall, you are doing great!!
