Today I got under 235! 230 here I come! I made out of the red zone and into the yellow!!! Hurray!!!
234.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I'm just so proud of myself and tomorrow is my check up with my doctor. Who would have ever thought I would be looking forward to going to the doctor?
