BF est 9.3%

Weight came back down to earth, but the body fat reading didn't...not too happy about that. Hopefully they're both related to underhydration, but...I probably do need to cut 2 or 3 pounds of fat sometime in the not too distant future.
151.6 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
