A tiny loss since yesterday, but not really anything worth mentioning. Then again, I just did, didn't I? :)
The days are passing fast in our new little garden. It's been three days without tv, and minimal internet. I haven't even missed it. I hope we will soon get our little new spot made into a peaceful haven for us, with more shelter and better possibilities, and then I'd like to spend more time there. Both relaxing and doing some cleanup/gardening.
Hopefully it will help me stay active. Just gotta watch out for my bad back. I hate that I get tired so fast. Losing weight gives me energy and stamina, but pains keep me down, unfortunately.
Still, I am doing this - and accomplishing it. I'm so damn proud of it. Now I am talking about weight gains and such, but I am still 1 1/2 kgs under my original goal. I know the next goal is right around the corner. Just wait and see. Life is good. :)
239.2 lb Lost so far: 102.5 lb.    Still to go: 51.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
