I have had to sit back and think of those food/drink items that really put the weight on me all my life. I have had to come to a realization that I cannot have those things anymore--for the rest of my lifetime--as I will always be back to step one. I don't want that life anymore. I was sad, felt miserable, hated to look at myself in the mirror, hated to try on clothes. I have come to realize with my weight-loss journey with God that He has and is and always will be providing good and healthy food for me to eat to survive and lose weight! Therefore, I don't need anything else in my diet! Isn't God good! He is ALWAYS LOOKING OUT FOR US!

You're doing great! The longer you are on this journey, the more you learn. Once you learn the right way, you don't make as many poor food choices because you know what the consequences are. We all still make bad choices, but then we either compensate for them in our diet, or we chalk it up as a day of excess, vow to do better at the next meal, and then go on. It's all about changing the way we look at food, and making it a permanent lifestyle change. This journey doesn't end until after our final meal. Haha, the Last Supper. Oh wait, it could be breakfast or lunch. :)
