So, I'm up, up up up. Had a lot of drinking this weekend because my friend came down for his birthday and I like never get to see him. It was awesome. We ate well, drank well, had a good time. I worked out tonight, but like slept all day. I don't know why - I felt terribly run down. Tomorrow I'll be working outside for a few hours in the morning, then writing on the computer most of the day. Working out again tomorrow. I've got to get back down to the right weight. I feel awful.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I had a similar weekend. Way to much calories, but started the week with my eating programme. Bicycling is low this week, but if I stick to the programme i'm sure to lose the loss and gain some weightloss!
