It's May of 2011 and after almost 2 1/2 Years of learning to live a healthier life I finally made my goal!" I know we should always set a new goal and I have, it's going to be to maintain my healthier life style. I am pretty happy with the shape of my body and am not looking to drop too much more weight if any. It's been a journey to say the least. Oh and one more thing that came to mind after I posted this, I am a baker and I love to cook!! OMG Let me tell you, trying to lose weight and taste your food for quality control nearly made me crazy on some days. I would bake something just so delectable that I would want to sit down and have an entire serving on the spot, and this was something that could not be done when you are baking cookies, cakes, breads, etc on a daily basis. It took sheer will power to do it though and I am so thankful I proved myself to be strong enough to keep it under control and now that I know I can do it, it's not something I think will ever change :)
138.0 lb Lost so far: 100.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
