Hey Chakalina's Journal, 31 August 2014

Just got back from 2 weeks at the beach! I restricted calories for breakfast and lunch, then ate a restaurant dinner with a few cocktails every day. There were a few days of extra treats, but overall, I'm pleased I only gained three pounds. Back on the saddle today.

Missed all my buddies! Can't wait to catch up!
166.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I agree with Snezica. It's not a big deal. Now you just have to do a little catch up.
