Ate some pasta and a bread stick yesterday. That's all I have for now.
174.8 lb Lost so far: 39.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 12.6 lb a week

try to get some protein in your meals it is much better than straight carbs. At least for me it is. Take care.
