It is what it is... And it is wrong. :0(

Fat: 33.4
Water: 49.6
Muscle: 34.3
BMI: 27.4

I need to lose 800gr. In a week; which should be feasible with exercise and good behavior.
153.2 lb Lost so far: 18.7 lb.    Still to go: 9.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
