Rough start this week with Pops still in hospital, however I feel like I am back on track. I've decided to sacrifice a little sleep and go for AM work-outs...its the only way I will achieve my goals until life gets back to some normalcy.
Cheers to breaking 200 :-)
202.0 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
