Down below 220 after teasing me about that weight for a week. This is, I should note, a benchmark weight, 100 kilograms. My physicians use the metric system to record my weight; at my last visit I was 102.8 kg. Now I've dropped those 2.8 kilos (6 lbs 3 oz) and I'm on my way to my goal.

Yesterday, I had my regular training session at the gym and did 38 minutes of working out. I seem to be in slightly better shape, and can see that some of the fat around my sides is disappearing. Going away slowly, but going away.

My legs are getting stronger, a walk that used to take me 15 minutes now takes me ten. I do feel as if I've dropped a couple of decades off. Every ounce counts, and I'm doing my best to get them off and keep them off.
219.4 lb Lost so far: 117.6 lb.    Still to go: 51.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thats fantastic buddy. Slower is better, its more likely to stay off. Little steps at a time and you'll soon be there. Its just like a child learning to walk, they have to try and try again and then finally they are running.. Your doing very well and I am so proud of you.. Keep it up....
