Same weight at yesterday. Surprising, really. I had a very heavy lunch and had dinner out yesterday. I was expecting to have gained weight. I'm glad I didn't.
Today is a bank holiday in Denmark, so no work.
Life is good!
240.5 lb Lost so far: 101.2 lb.    Still to go: 53.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
