Hello... well after 44 days of not weighing in... I did it.. I weighed in and I must say I was surprised. Not to sound excited but I really thought I would of had more of a gain. I realize that without seeing the direct results on a weekly basis I was more likely to go over my calorie count because I wasn't seeing the direct results!! A learning lesson in deed. Just goes to show how much seeing the results really does matter.

Ok so what has been going on in my life... well I am still single and still loving my new job even though with the company splitting we are incredibly busy!! My best friend and fs buddy (kheelynn) got engaged and is planning on getting married next septemeber. So I will be hitting the calories and workout steadily until then =)

My son is so so... don't get me wrong he is fine - but I am having him testing for attention deficit and hyperactiving because I truely can't take his roller coaster of behaviors at school!

So that is what I have been up to so far. Hope you all have been just as good if not better!!!

I can sure understand the challenges you are facing. My son was diagnosed at 2! Many years and melt downs later, he still finds concentration and impulse control a challenge, but he is an adult now and needs to figure those things on his own. Best thing I did was institute a merit system. I gave or took points based on the meeting of goals or behavior. Those points were used as rewards. Negative points meant housework and privilage loss, so it behooved him to stay in the green (as it were).
