Even if I stay within my calorie limits pizza night kills me! It is my family's favorite meal. I believe that I am going to have to start making myself something else. I have far too much weight lose to gain any extra weight. Especially every week or two.
272.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 2.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
