My big focus this week will to be to get to: 199lbs! I'm ready to be below 200lbs. My goal for this week is to stick to a diet plan, and to exercise 2-3x's.
202.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 42.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
