I wonder if this is just a fluke, or it's because I stopped eating crap! Haha, either way, yay!! <3
218.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice weight loss.. this is not a fluke.. it is amazing how much you can lose by not eating crap... exchanging "bad calories" for "good calories"
