All my hard work! I can blame my girlfriend (she is an amazing cook), but my exercise regimen has been poor lately, and my willpower is lagging. Gonna try to do better!
230.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
