Been doing good on Atkins, recently started in OWL. Decided to bump up the exercise and got the Focus T25 workout. Survived day 3 of T25 yesterday....barely.
156.8 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
