I love digital scales (but only when they read favorably Lol) because even a .2 loss keeps me more motivated and driven. Worked until 2:30 this morning so missed my workout yesterday but will get in a full body weight workout today somehow even if it's 5 minutes at a time.

Stay focused buddies!
211.6 lb Lost so far: 57.4 lb.    Still to go: 46.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

What kind of digital scale do you use? I have the old timer one that in order to be calibrated to the Drs, I have to have it set already on 7lbs. Urgh...
