Hmmm...the numbers on the scale aren't moving. Perhaps my scale is telling me to get moving? So to answer the scale I took my best mare out riding. And I wasn't going to do that until I hit 189. Know what? She was happy to get picked!
190.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 40.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I'll bet she loved that! I used to ride a lot with my friend (her horses) but she has since moved to another state. I miss it. =( What I found that works to kick start my weight loss again. Take a day and just blow your calorie count. Eat whatever you want! Next day, get back on your calorie count and see what happens. I did that recently because I was fustrated and now I'm losing a 1/2 lb a day. Try it!
