Thank you today was a bit long. Court with my daughter all day. Didn't go for my walk.... Just would like to see under 200 before thanksgiving.

There are about 100 days until Thanksgiving. At the rate you are losing weight, you would be under 200 before Thanksgiving! You can do it!
