Going to see "Harry Potter" with Ian tomorrow. Debating on the movie popcorn as I have been promised dinner at my favourite pub after. Decisions, decisions...
174.4 lb Lost so far: 53.6 lb.    Still to go: 44.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
