This is my before picture...when I get a new picture after 15 lbs off I post that!
I've been holding steady for almost 2 weeks now...but my scale is off in my opinion, (my husand just re-calibrated it and now I think it's light.) I think I'll go back on phase 1 for a week or two and see if that won't jump start another weight loss.
Wish me luck!
145.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good luck! I also have been at the same weight for 10 days in spite of a very limited calorie intake.

Whenever I hit a plateau I try to change whatever meat I tend to eat the most or I increase my serving of a new veggie. If you tend to eat a lot of chicken, try fish or a lean red meat. But I think you are right on track...phase one may be the perfect jump start. Good luck!
