Took a day off of recording weight to reset after going out Weds night. Only ate half my meal and tried not to have too many drinks. Only ate a few appies. Didn't really want the appies but it's such a social thing that to say 'no' and sit back makes me feel anti-social. I was 183 when I stepped on the scale yesterday morning but it had dropped by afternoon so who knows. Glad to be in the 180 range. Weekends are always hard esp since we have another bbbq tmrw. Ugh.
180.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
