I have hit a plateau which is surprising since most of my diet the last few days has consisted of Doritos and trail mix. I've been absent from FS trying to settle into my new work schedule. I'm only getting about 6 hours of sleep a night, which I know for some of you is a lot, but I'm exhausted. I miss being able to check in every day. Hopefully next month I will have some normalcy.

Oh yeah, um exercise... blowing up 100 bouncy balls with a manual pump. Just figured out why my arms having been cramping up. Duh! Also lots of walking back and forth looking for keys that last night I locked in the van and actually managed to free with a coat hanger. Then again this morning when I locked them in a claw machine with them just laying there like they are a prize. I challenge someone to win them and take over my life. Go ahead! ADHD...

I would love to get more sleep. I am beat. Salt could explain why I am cramping up to couldn't it? I just figured I hit a plateau because 3 or 4 weeks ago I was so proud of myself for almost being out of the red zone yet here I am still in the red. Sigh.

Lack of manganese in your diet can cause legs and feet to cramp. Eat some whole food with potassium (baked potato, banana, etc) to help with salt. I hope you can up your sleep time, doing an especially boring activity, like folding clothes) before going to bed will help you sleep better.
