I gained 1.6 pounds. I have been working almost 24/7 for too long now and I am on the road constantly so I pick up whatever I can. Lousy food, sitting in cars and desks and no exercise. Frustrated right now.

It will slow down early next week but I have to get some kind of consistency in diet and exercise until I can get back to my normal workouts and eating plan.

I hope all is having continued success?
214.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.6 lb a week

^ Bill always has good advice. Maybe you could make small portion snack packs in ziploc bags to carry on the road with you. That way you can eat your own approved snacks instead of trying to find something in a vending machine or store. Keep going! You are half way home to your goal weight!

Aww 24/7 not good for you, you need rest. Without proper sleep, everything else is moot point. N
