Thanks. From 219 to 195 since April 16th. -24 pounds. Average intake ~2300 calories.

I'm sitting around 2500 calories and losing 1 - 1.5 a week... I just want it to end, so I'm going to the gym more to give myself 1000+ calorie deficit most days while keeping protein really high.

Because the more muscle I have, the chubbier I can get without it affecting how I look much in tank tops. It's so easy to let the bulk go too long with this fact plus the amount of strength I gain. I wish I could be 219 and lean at my height. I'd rival Arnold for real then. But no, just a mere mortal...

I'm stuck ata certain point on my bench and I've wondered why I only go up one rep a week on the same weight... It's taking forever! But then I remembered I'm on a -1k cut... The strength comes with the foods!! 💪

I've probably gone from 400 to 350 since I started so suck it up. I never gain on a cut anymore. I'm trying to ignore strength a little or I won't be ripped until 2028 like you said. 😫

170 is my cut off. Then the bulk begins. I hope I don't have to get that low.
