I've got to start watching myself on the weekends. Didn't track and of course over ate on Mother's day. The holidays kill me. Only .2 lb loss but I'll take it. Time to get back on track this week. Only 10.8 lbs to go til I get to my goal weight!
175.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
