I think I have to chalk up this loss to a stomach bug I have right now. Before I got sick I was eating terribly and falling into the "If I don't track it then it didn't happen" mindset. Dangerous! Once I get better I'm back on track.
235.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 95.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
