I've been stuck for 2 weeks, which is long for me, but the scale is finally moving again! I really think it was cheese that did it. I normally limit myself to one or two ounces a day, but last week I was on vacation and had about 4 ounces a day. Plus I wasn't taking magnesium or fiber and it really shut things down!this week I was diligent about staying on track with those two items, I think things are clearing up. 60 lbs gone!
