We went on our mini vacation, and at the hotel the eggs had something in them that made them taste like sugar was in them. and I ate suasage, which I knew the nitrates were not good for me. Didn't drink alot of water, and ate too many nuts and bars.
160.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
