Trained and worked around the house hard on Saturday. On my feet all day Sunday. Today is the first day back to my classroom. Hoping to maintain a moderate activity level with controlled calories. I really want to stay put weight wise.
141.8 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
