Ok, here we go! Biggest loser challenge at work and I want to win! Plus, I've been battling with these pounds for years and I just want them gone. A friend said this diet was working for her and after reading about it, I think it just might work for me too.
153.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 09 May 2011:
1322 kcal Fat: 97.82g | Prot: 76.97g | Carb: 33.30g.   Breakfast: atkins chocolate royal. Lunch: Olive Oil & Vinegar Dressing, Cooked Salmon, TREASURE CAVE FETASQ 14, Grape Tomatoes, Classic Romaine. Dinner: green string beans, Beef Stroganoff (Atkins recipe). Snacks/Other: Carrots, Aged Parmesan Ranch Dressing, slim jim, Colby Jack Cheese, Meijer Stuffed Manzanilla Olives. more...

Good morning Jamie! I was just going to send you a long message with a bunch of info. This website isn't designed very well when it comes to communicating with people (IE it doesn't tell you when someone posts on your journals!). But I'm send you some recipes that might make your life a little easier/better. :D I'm rooting for you to win the pot!
