Hooray! Really happy. Trying not to get overconfident at the same time. I've been down this road before and I know the first week can often be the biggest loss and make things seem easy. It is encouraging though!
236.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 96.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
