I knew the results wouldn't be good and we will see what the next couple of days say. I spent a week at a conference and made considerable effort to eat right. I did have carbs 3 days but not going crazy carbs. The biggest problem for me were the hidden carbs in the food served. I am home and back to eating right for me which is definitely Atkins for weight loss.
173.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 48.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I have problems eating away from home too. I always seem to put on despite making every effort to eat right. Never mind - back to the grindstone again
