I was surprised by this. I knew I had done everything "right", but I wasn't expecting as big a loss.
220.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 90.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks. I'm fine with a lb or so a week, but I'm not going to give back the extras the Goddess of this granted me this week :).
