Wow, a 4 lb loss!!! I think this is the most I lost in a single week since I starting dieting. The last two days my intake was well below 2000 calories which probably helped. I think I'm going to try to stay at or just below 2000, this should help me lose about 2 lbs a week with execise.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
