I'm discouraged that I actually gained weight, but I think it's from hormones...about that "time". :-( I will just keep eating healthy and exercising. The weight will come off eventually.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
