Lost a bit more and feeling really good about it. Eating all these water rich foods, especially watermelon and grapefruit lately, has really helped from what I can tell. My exercise routine was in the toilet last week but I start fresh today. My goal for next Monday is to weigh in at 213.

Good luck to everyone on hitting your goals and please, don't let a bad day or two ruin your week. If you consider a bad day once a week, in a typical month, you will have 26 good days!
215.8 lb Lost so far: 53.2 lb.    Still to go: 50.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I ate two relatively unhealthy meals on Saturday, while I was out on a day trip, and it felt crappy. I rarely have a cheat meal, never mind two in one day. I don't like it. I feel much better when I eat healthy. I'm glad I was able to bounce back from that easily. Great job on the loss :) Good luck with your exercising this week! Knock 'em dead :)
