Weighed in a "wee" bit higher today, but that's okay - it will even out in the long run. At least I'm staying on track, and the only thing I cheated on was I had one (note, ONE) cheerio. Well....I was feeding some to my one of my dogs and thought I would take a wee nibble - egads, I sure could taste the sugar in just that one little nibble! I packed a good lunch today for the office, and will have a nice dinner tonight. Onward, and downward (scale wise) is my goal.
171.4 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
