WOW. Another - ANOTHER - lowest weigh-in. It seems that I am on a roll these days, after weeks of not much happening. It seems like I was at 114kgs the other day, and now I just weighed in at 110.5 kgs! I am ONE POUND from my initial goal! I am so psyched!

These last days I have been feeling a little funky, and I still am not on top of my game. I AM making sure to drink all my water and eat regular meals, appetite or not. I am so close to my goal, I want it to be done right. It's easy to lose weight when you feel sick, but that is because of water lost and not eating right. I don't want to reach my goal by being sick and then add 3 kgs right after when I'm better.

So I am eating my meals, drinking my water. No real exercise (not that I do much anyways) but I try to move around a little bit at home.

I hope (count on?) dropping one more pound through out the week. How sweet it would be to make a weekend announcement that I AM DONE! (with the first phase at least). :)
