1813 kcal Fat: 117.55g | Prot: 139.33g | Carb: 48.32g.   Breakfast: sausage brown serve, asparagus, Cheddar Cheese, blueberries, Greek Yogurt - Plain, cream half and half. Lunch: parmesan cheese, Pollock, Asparagus stir fry, butter. Dinner: grape tomatoes, Shiitake & Sesame Vinaigrette Dressing, chicken breast, feta cheese, black olives, Mixed Salad Greens. Snacks/Other: atkins shake, cheese stick, pepperoni , pork skins, cucumber, hummus. more...
losing 0.8 lb a week
