well, i'm back to losing weight again. the 2 day's i went off atkins really slowed me down. it's been really hard to not eat bad carbs again. what is helping me most is this site and all my fs buddies :)
276.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 116.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Stick with the diet Kitty. Your health depends on it! I know you can do it. You'll have some bad days along the way but its harder to be overweight than it is to diet....Come on Sister! YOU CAN DO IT!!!!
