I am a little suspicious of this 219 number...maybe someone is messing with the scales? Although I have been very diligent in my "under 20 carbs"...maybe it is accurate...I can only hope!
219.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
