Blew my hip out working out too hard on Saturday (2.5 hours at 3.4 mph). Tried to work out on Sunday but only made it for 45 minutes before the pain became too much. I took last night off and my hip is feeling better, though not 100% yet. Still, I'm going to give a light workout a try tonight.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 28.5 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
