This last week was a 1 pound weight loss. I am following everything as well as I can and will go forward aiming for similar results. I attend a convention all of next week and almost am looking forward to the challenge of eating out for an entire week and eating low carb all of the way through.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
