I'm officially at my breaking point! No more excuses anymore! I need to stay focused on a positive note and start eating healthy!! Working out daily and drinking water most of the day everyday! No more alcohol, fastfood, bad carbs and breads and sweets!

Goal is to drop down to 120lbs. somehow someway, so sick of looking and feeling like crap! Not giving up and just gonna think positive and track everything I eat and drink and write it down, even going to try my best & workout daily whether its an hr. or else a 30 minutes..need people to be encouraging,uplifting and just do it, don't make excuses..just take action and do it!!
202.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 82.2 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
on diet Weight Watchers   gaining 0.3 lb a week
