Maybe you're converting fat to muscle. Have you measured?

Those weeks/days are the worst. Just keep pushing. You'll have your great day when the weight really comes off. Have you tried switching up your cardio and surprising the body? Sometimes doing something different makes it work a little harder even if your burning the same amount of calories.

I have not tried that. I know I need to get on a stair stepper but I've been concentrating on the treadmill so I can be ready for the 5k in September.

I haven't measured either, though I do know that I have gone from a size 16 down to a 12.

Make sure you are getting enough protein and fiber each day. Make sure you are drinking water/liquids. Many things can cause us to retain water masking out losses sometimes: sodium, stress muscle edema (muscles retaining water to help them heal from exercise), medications, lack of sleep, hormones, etc. Measuring yourself is a great idea. We can lose inches and don't always see it on the scale right away. Varying foods and exercise is good for your body . It gets used to the same things. Your chart looks great though.

I know I've been low on protein, but getting LOTS of water, I go through 32 ounces at the gym alone. One of my medications makes me sweat profusely so I drink as much water as I'm able to without floating away :-)
